The Brick Oven restaurant was created to celebrate and
honor the New York style pizza. New York style pizza is thin,
with flexible crust covered in a light layer of tomato sauce and
mozzarella cheese. This has become the standard style sold
in Italian-American pizzerias across the nation. To truly enjoy
our pizza we highly recommend that you and youre loved
ones eat it fresh at our place whether by the slice or whole
pie.Nothing beats hot out of oven with a perfect char on the

      Welcome, and thank you for your interest in our gluten

free products. First of all The Brick Oven boasts the best gluten

free pizza available , in just a short time we have gone from not

selling gluten free products to selling out! We don’t just say

it's the best, we guarantee it! New York pizza and homemade sauce

blend easily with our delicious gluten free crust.


      While we do serve a great deal of non gluten-free pizza, extra

time is taken every morning to prepare the dough as there are

fewer flour particles in the air at this time. Additionally the

pans used to bake gluten free pizza are exclusive to this process.

As always we take all perceivable measures to reduce cross-

contamination. To people with life threatening wheat allergies,

we have no recommendations at this time.

*UPDATE

Due to high demand you must call in advance on Fridays to reserve

your gluten free pizza. If you call before noon on Friday you WILL

be assured a reservation!






Gluten Free FAQ:

Q: Does your flour contain Soy or Worchesterchire sauces?

     No! These are not in our NY style crust or gluten free crust.

Q: Does your flour contain egg or egg product?

     Yes! Our flour calls for real eggs. At least 24hr. notice

     is required to meat special dietary needs above that which we offer.

Q: Does your sausage or pepperoni contain gluten products such

     as Soy or Worchesterchire sauces?


     No! We have reviewed the labels on our sausage and pepperoni

     and have found them to be gluten free.

Q: Do I need to make a reservation for a gluten free pizza?

     No! For their difficulty level and contamination issues gluten

     free pizza is stretched out in the morning according to our expected level

     of business. It is always wise if you are traveling far to call in advance

     to order and learn of any possible delays.

Q: Can I order any pizza from your menu with gluten free dough?

     Yes! However there will be additional wait times for some toppings

     if they have become contaminated and more need to be prepped.

      The safe money is always on plain cheese.

Q: Do you offer any other gluten free products such as pasta ?

     No! Our salads are gluten free, but everything else we serve is either a

     pasta, or deep-fried in a common fryer with the wings and french fries.

Q: Do you have a dedicated fryer for products containing wheat?

     No! Not at this time, we are physically limited from doing so.
